The UB-74 on Eternal Patrol

This site tells the story of a WW1 U boat type 111, UB-74 a coastal torpedo attack class  boat, from it’s launching at the Vulcan ship yard on 13th September 1917 until it’s sinking on the 26th May 1918, with the loss of its crew.

The site will focus on its career and patrols as well as the human stories of the crew.It will cover the salvage and bring the story right up to date including some interesting mysteries that we may have solved.
